he City of Plattsburgh is partnering with local military families to honor men and women who have served or are currently serving in the US Armed Forces. Applications for this year’s program are due on March 15th.

When an individual suffered a sudden cardiac emergency in the bleachers, quick-thinking bystanders and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) played a pivotal role in reversing the cardiac arrest.
