A snow or ice event includes snow, sleet, frozen rain, blowing snow, hail or other precipitation—as publicly declared by a designated city official. The City’s activation of the parking-ban lights is based on street conditions and will presumably, but not in all cases, provide additional public notice of a snow or ice event. The City’s primary concern is safe passage on streets and sidewalks, as well as parking needs in neighborhoods with limited off-street parking.
Keep all materials sorted using separate brown paper bags or plastic bags. If there isn’t enough room in the bin, place additional sorted material next to the recycling bin.
REFUSE AND RECYCLABLES: To be placed at curbside before the start of the work day (7:00am). Refuse must be in clear bags inside the provided garbage tote and recyclables must be cleaned and sorted inside the provided recycling bin.
