General Guidelines
REFUSE AND RECYCLABLES: To be placed at curbside before the start of the work day (7:00am). Refuse must be in clear bags inside the provided garbage tote and recyclables must be cleaned and sorted inside the provided recycling bin.
GRASS, LEAVES & BRUSH: To be placed at curbside in paper or biodegradable bags at no charge to all city residence. Please do not mix contents together when bagging and use only paper or biodegradable bags (plastic not accepted). *Due to scheduling difficulties or because of unusually large amounts citywide, it may take a few extra days for the collection of such. Patience is requested and appreciated.
DO NOT rake grass or leaves into the street.

ANY UNLISTED SERVICE AT AN HOURLY LABOR AND EQUIPMENT CHARGE TO BE DETERMINED IN ADVANCE OF PROVIDING THE SERVICE.
PLEASE CONTACT PUBLIC WORKS AT (518)563-1120 TO ARRANGE DELIVERY OR PICK UP OF GARBAGE TOTE AND RECYCLING BIN. THE PERSON’S NAME THAT THE ACCOUNT IS SET UP UNDER NEEDS TO SIGN FOR THE GARBAGE TOTE AND RECYCLING BIN.
