In recognition that citizen advisory committees are a valuable means of enhancing the exchange of ideas between City residents and the City of Plattsburgh Common Council and that a broad study of issues relating to housing within the City of Plattsburgh may be warranted, the Common Council established the Housing Advisory Committee in August 2021.

• Dr. Liou Xie, Associate Professor of Geography & Environmental Studies (SUNY Plattsburgh)
