OVERVIEW
The City of Plattsburgh is seeking proposals from qualified consultants (“Consultant”) to assist City staff in performing a comprehensive update to the City’s Zoning Code, Zoning Map, and Subdivision Code to reflect the Vision, Objectives, and Implementation Plan within the City’s recently updated Comprehensive Plan.

TIMELINE

The City is seeking a vendor who can provide all the materials and services requested herein. The selected vendor shall provide the services required below. The vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, and insurance to install two (2) coats of acrylic coating to the five (5) existing pickleball courts in South Acres Park located at 23 Flynn Avenue in Plattsburgh, NY. The total area of the five (5) courts comprises approximately 1,928 square yards.

The procedure is to be as follows:

The City of Plattsburgh proposes to enter into a license agreement with a commercial tenant for the use of Vendor Space D (building map attached as Exhibit A) at the Plattsburgh City Municipal Beach. The license shall be for a non-food beach materials and supplies concession to be outlined in a license agreement between the City and the tenant. The City is seeking proposals from qualified operators for this concession.

The City of Plattsburgh proposes to enter into a license agreement with a commercial tenant for the use of Vendor Space E (building map attached as Exhibit A) at the Plattsburgh City Municipal Beach. The license shall be for a food and non-alcoholic beverage concession to be outlined in a license agreement between the City and the tenant. The City is seeking proposals from experienced operators for this concession.

POTENTIAL BIDDERS

The City of Plattsburgh proposes to enter into a license agreement with a commercial tenant for the use of Vendor Space A (building map attached as Exhibit A) at the Plattsburgh City Municipal Beach.  The license shall be for an alcoholic beverage concession to be outlined in a license agreement between the City and the tenant.  The City is seeking proposals from experienced operators for this concession. 

The City of Plattsburgh (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is requesting Proposals from a qualified public entity or private firms (hereinafter referred to as “Proposer” or “Respondent”) to provide grant writing and/or grant administration consulting services.  Prior to submitting a Proposal, Proposers are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including any solicitation attachments/exhibits.  The term of the agreement for consulting services is expected to be three (3) years with two (2) one-year options to renew.
