For new service, you need to complete the utility service application. The application needs to be filled out completely and emailed back to the Finance Dept. at fcs@cityofplattsburgh-ny.gov or a copy of the utility service application can be picked up at City of Plattsburgh Finance Dept., 41 City Hall Place. You can also email your new utility service request to fcs@cityofplattsburgh-ny.gov.
